Job Designation: Business Development Executive

Job Description:
- To develop new business & build on relationships with our existing clients with predominate focus on negotiating contracts with new clients in the IT recruitment sector.
- To present to prospective clients.
- To utilize some of the existing company database leads and to create new business.
- To provide clients with tailored packages; keeping to the expected rates for the core products and services.
- To have sales capabilities.

Skill Required:
• Strong selling/ marketing skills to convince clients of the key selling points of our company.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively represent the organization with confidence.
The candidate should be motivated, will have excellent communication/negotiation skills and be adaptable to promote all aspects of the organization with self-assurance and confidence. The successful candidate should have considerable as part of a team. The candidate will report to their regional manager & will be able to achieve the monthly pre-defined targets.
Package: AED 3500- AED 5000 (INR 6.20 Lac – INR 8.60 Lac per annum approximately)

Job Description:

He should be based in Dubai. To appoint distributor for Electronics products in GCC/African countries/ Malaysia. To select the Distributor on the basis of following criteria’s: Distributor should be in Consumer Electronics trade and should have wide distribution network to cover entire market (at above said regions), Showrooms, well equipped service center to provide after-sales-service to customers and warehouse facility. 

To survey the said markets and understand the market's need - product range, brand positioning and competitor's prices.

To follow up regular sales and support the distributor to promote consumer electronics Hi End products range in coordination with our Sr. Sales & Marketing Executive who will be based in UAE and other GCC. Ready to visit GCC/Africa and other countries initially/or on the basis of business requirement
