Job Description

1.    Manage & Generate additional business by up selling & cross selling from Existing Client.
2.    Create New Accounts, Business Development & Business Planning.
3.    Ability to understand client requirement, prepare customized proposal and presentation and present to potential customer.
4.    Responsible to Promote the Product to Customer by Various Marketing Activities.
5.    Should be Strong in Customer Interaction Customer Relationship Management with proven ability to work with customers at all levels from management to executive levels.
6.    Maintain long-term profitable relations with customers by becoming a trusted, reliable partner and key interface to the organization
7.    Organize, actively manage and build a sustainable pipeline of sales opportunities.
8.    Supporting customers on site where required, to deliver product training, support sales activities and work directly with a customer’s HR department.

Desired Skills & Experience

1.    Mastery of key account tools: customer mapping, customer P&L, multi-level selling, account development plans, etc.
2.    To be a Good Team Member, Willing to Take Sales Initiative & should have Passion for Wellness and Fitness.
3.    High-integrity, open, communicative, team player should be an aggressive personality and should be driven by performance.
4.    Excellent communication skills – fluent English language skills reading / writing/ speaking/ presentations
5.    Excellent planning, organization and record keeping skills
6.    Time to Time Reporting to the Manager.
