We are looking for Associate Talent Acquisition/ IT Recruiters who thrive on challenges
and are willing to go the extra mile in all aspects. The desired profile requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills in
performing the essential functions of this role.
Position: Associate Talent Acquisition/IT Recruiter
Qualification-MBA/PGDM-HR
Location: Bangalore

Joining-Immediate
Compensation: Rs 2.6 Lakhs per annum (CTC)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
v  Handling End-to-End Recruitment processes for clients.
v  Sourcing & Screening profiles, short-listing the candidates in preliminary rounds.
v  Scheduling interviews, follow-up to get feedback, negotiating the salary.
v  Managing resumes and updating the database on regular basis.
v  Scheduling and coordinating interviews of the candidates with the client.
v  Follow up with the selected candidates.
v  Generating daily, weekly and monthly reports.
v  Good at Microsoft Outlook / Excel / Word.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:-
v Knowledge about technologies.
v  Good level of proficiency in sourcing through unconventional channels like cold calling, head hunting, company mapping etc
v  Should have knack for networking
v  Excellent communication
v  Good team player
v  Relevant experience would be a plus.
