Roles and Responsibilities:
Ø Analyze and reconcile data correctly for projects assigned.
Identify and highlight unreasonable data and correct as necessary.
Ø Develop claim liability reserves through IBNR model using
claims and membership data.
Ø Perform in-depth reasonableness analysis and confirm
accuracy of assumptions.
Ø Document, create summary reports in order to communicate
results to internal management. Archive results of each analysis performed,
once complete.
Ø Demonstrate the ability to perform previously assigned tasks
and projects with minimal supervision and maintain quality and accuracy.
Ø To check the accuracy and reasonability of work.
Ø Ability to perform analysis and complete tasks, while
maintaining quality of work product during extremely time sensitive deadlines.
Ø Ability to effectively manage team discipline, motivation
and morale.
Ø Maintain the integrity amongst the team members.
Ø Perform ah-hoc research and development requests as
required.

Salary/Remuneration: INR 3, 25,000 - 4, 75,000 P.A
