* Recruitment of Financial Advisors.
* Creating base and promoting BUSINESS in open market & existing clients.
* To promote, initiate, strengthen and advance the team to Performance Level.
* To co-ordinate with the concerned people to ensure the smooth working.
* Involving in solving the problem of the dissatisfied customers and retaining them. And in this case identified the issues from a problem and work closely with Operation Managers to regain confidence and develop win-win solution
