Understanding of basic Financials / Ability to analyze data

3.                    Graduate/Post Graduate /  0-2 yrs sales experience

4.                    Good Communication skills

5.                    Ensure that KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly adheredto

6.                    Aggressive and Business Oriented

7.                    Execution drive with fulfillment ownership

CB - Fixed comp is 3.5 +reimbursements upto 7 k per month( Local conv and mobile) and salesincentives upto 1.3 lac on avg, depending on performance)

Focuswill be on MBA freshers with Good comm skills and passion forDirect Sales. This will be a good opportunity to have an entry intoMNC bank.
