Designation: Management Trainee
· Identify clients in the education/training industry
· Promote advertising solutions on Shiksha in the allocated territory.
· B2B Sales, New Business Development.
· Prospecting/Providing standard and customized solutions to Clients across domains/segments.
· Handling tough negotiations/closing deals
· Setting and Managing client expectations
· Managing Client relationships/ up selling and Cross Selling.
· Providing customer satisfaction
· Provide regular updates to the management on market feedback, competitive scenario, product feedback and other relevant business issues. Work closely with concerned manager to build a sustainable business for Shiksha
CTC:- 3 LPA
Skill Set Required:-
· Willingness to learn and excel.
· Excellent communication skills, and enterprising.
· Prior experience in Corporate Sales, online & Educational Industry will be an added benefit.
· Open to travelling within region.
